Children living in the Meadowbrook Apratments, a low-income housing development in NE Seattle, participate in Geoff Garza's "Art of Storytelling" class twice a week, in the late afternoon. Students taking this class have the opportunity to explore their personal stories and create art based on these stories using visual art techniques, theatre games and imagination exercises as well as focus on creative visualization, artistic problem solving, team building and connecting thoughts and words.
